You're a Peach!

Hey friends!

Today is my last stamping challenge over at Lasting Memories. I hope you've enjoyed the prompts and found fun ways to incorporate your stamp stash into your scrapbook pages!

Today's challenge is to pick any of the stamping techniques we have used all month and use them on your page!

I stamped a sentiment and a cute peach icon. I cut the sentiment with a fun tag die cut, and I fussy cut the peach icon.

I love how distress oxide inks cover and show up so well! They look like little printed die cuts.

This little 6x8 page came together so quickly! That's why I love a 6x8 or 8x8 album for a vacation album, because it's totally doable to get all the week's fun photos together!

I hope you'll play along with this last stamping challenge at Lasting Memories!

Thanks for looking!

IRS and Thermoweb blog hop!

Hey friends! Today is another round of a fun hop going on over on the Ink Road Stamps blog

We are collaborating with Thermoweb, and I had so much fun playing with their products.

I created this fun card for my son's teacher, since it is his last day of school today.

I used the IRS Frond of You and Thank You stamp sets & the Thermoweb flocking. I also used some fun dies with the flocking and decofoil. It was so fun to combine the two!

Make sure you check out the entire blog hop for a chance to win!

Thanks for looking!

Beachy Pockets with Momenta

Hey Friends!

I'm sharing with you a 6x8 pocket page in my summer vacay album using lots of fun Momenta products. I even have a different kind of process video for you here.

I normally don't film my pocket process, but I thought it might be nice to talk through a few design concepts I used in case anyone is new to the pocket game and would like to try! They're super fun!

I had all these little, random beach photos, so a 2x2 square grid was perfect to hold them all.

You can heard all about the process in my YouTube video, so I'll just post the photos of the project here.

To keep the pocket pages interesting and dimensional, I love to think outside the pocket and stretch my photos or embellishment accents across more than one pocket.

That gold glitter anchor is ADORBS!

Adding tiny embellishments right on top of the photo adds interest as well!

I hope you've enjoyed my project and video and are inspired to try some pockets yourself if you have not already. They can be as fun and intricate or as clean and simple as you'd like!

Make sure to pop over to Momenta and fill up a cart of goodies to embellish your pockets!

Thanks for looking!

Sandy Toes, Sea Water NOSE! with Lasting Memories

Hey friends!

I hope you're enjoying our stamping challenges this month at Lasting Memories.

This week's prompt is to use a tiny stamp on your layout. I didn't have many papers in the color scheme I wanted for this photo, so I just created my own with a tiny cross stamp!

I stamped in Navy, Seafoam and Rose Gold, then added splatters.

I used Concord & 9th Alpha Dies for my title.

The mermaid scales is a Momenta die, as well as the little sticker embellishments.

I hope you'll play along with this week's stamping challenge!!

Thanks for looking & Happy Mother's Day!

Farm Life

Hey friends!

I created this page with supplies I picked from the A Cherry on Top store. I grabbed a few farm themed goodies because my son had a farm-themed kindergarten program.

This aqua backed farm theme paper is so cute! I paired it with a royal blue gingham because that is my son's favorite color.

The thickers were from Dear Lizzy. I love these adorable stickels from Doodlebug! They're like this awesome enamel dot material in such cute shapes.

The wood grain paper is Simple Stories

I created a pocket between the background paper and the base white cardstock. I put a woodgrain tab on the top of the program from that evening and tucked it in the pocket.

The tab goes with the photo and embellishment cluster, and notifies the reader to pull out the ephemera!

New items are added to the ACOT store every day, so check back often to see all the adorable new goodies!

Just another Gameday with Momenta

Hey friends!

I'm here with another Momenta page for you today - this one is themed with what is currently taking up most of our time - Baseball! Ha! I really do love watching my little guy play. I even found myself getting a bit too competitive last night - LOL.
I decided on grid style. I used a cream paper background with navy splatters. Then I used red thread to adhere the paper to a Kraft page and to adhere my patterned paper squares to the page.

I loved embellishing with the Momenta mixed media baseball stickers & different Momenta dies!

This sticker worked perfectly for the page title.

Roughing up paper edges and turning them up some adds great texture to the page. These 3d embellishments add to that awesome lift on the page.

Pop over to the store and check out all the fun, 3d stickers Momenta has to choose from!

Thanks for looking!

Show me your TACO face - Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Happy Cinco de Mayo, amigos!

Today there is a new prompt over at Lasting Memories for my month of stamping on your scrapbook layouts challenges! Today's prompt is to use a pattern stamp on the backgound of a page.

I stamped this polka dot stamp in an oval with v tips in Versamark, then I used WOW embossing glitter powder in black and silver. I knew I wanted the page to be bold since my photos were black & white, so I thought bright pink would be so fun!

The glitter embossed dots resisted the misting spray and alcohol inks so perfectly and I got a bright, messy, glittery background peeking from behind my paper and photos.

I used this stashed octogon cut from my Cricut as extra texture as well.

And of course I had to use my favorite little taco stamp from Ink Road Stamps

We'll be at the ballfield today and I've been drooling about these fab nachos they have at only one stand in the whole baseball park. My Cinco will be perfecto if I get my chicken nachos!

I hope you have a fabulous day and are inspired to stamp on your layouts. There are still so many fun iNSD challenges going on online, so have so much fun and incorporate stamping into them!
