A Cherry on Top October blog hop

Hey friends!

I went for a Halloween theme for my layout, and the terrifying GUTS of the pumpkin as my subject. LOL!

Aren't those Halloween Thickers from Pebbles the best?! They worked great in a snarky way for my "spooky" layout.

I created a large pumpkin shape on my cricut to use as a mask. I slightly adhered it to the middle of my white cardstock and chose 4 Halloween colors to splatter close to the masked edges.

Once removed, the pumpkin shape remains, outlined in splatters!

I chose some papers from my stash in the same 4 colors as my splatters and used them to back my two photos of my son being dramatic over pumpkin guts.

I also backed my white background with a black and white striped border from the Howl collection by Fancy Pants.

I used cardstock stickers from the Hey Pumpkin collection by Crate Paper. The enamel bits are from a Halloween button collection in my stash - I just snipped off the backs of the buttons to adhere them to my page.

OH the HORROR of those pumpkin guts! LOL!!!

These photos crack me up, but I was the exact same way when I was young.
I will definitely include that in the journaling.

Make sure you comment on all 5 blogs in the hop to be entered to win the store credit to A Cherry on Top!

xoxo, Natalie
